  • On the contact form on this website, found HERE after you have read through all the frequently asked questions, you can fill out our online registration form. You must provide a $500 refundable security/damage deposit when registering to reserve your date. Incomplete registrations will not be considered.

  • Yes! The only way your date will be reserved is if you have filled out your contract AND paid your $500 refundable security/damage deposit. The deposit is separate and is not included in the rental price. All forms and payments are done online when you contact us HERE.

  • Each plan offers something different from just using the pavilion one day to staying in the house all weekend.

  • No, we only have our covered pavilion. Plan your date accordingly based on traditional Florida weather patterns. We do not offer refunds if it rains or is miserably hot or cold on your wedding day. You assume all risk.

  • Rodman first and foremost is a working plantation. Weddings are supplemental to our overall business plan. Because of this, we utilize our house for various other purposes and we make sure all necessary weekends are scheduled before opening it up to wedding dates.

  • Yes, you can visit Rodman before you decide to rent it. All appointmentss must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance and visits are limited to 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday. Please call us at 386-916-2811 to schedule a visit or email us HERE

  • Currently at this time, we have 110 padded chairs, 80 metal folding chairs, and twelve 8ft rectangular tables, twelve 6ft rectangular tables, and twelve 5ft round tables. We have enough white chair covers for all chairs.

  • No, but upon successful registration, you will receive a sheet that includes only local Palatka vendors that have a good reputation and history at Rodman Plantation.

  • Yes, Rodman will be cleaned to our specifications as we do for all events. PLEASE NOTE - As beautiful as the Rodman House and surrounding grounds are, it is a 100 year old home on a working plantation, and it is in a very rural environment. When you register, the first sheet that includes Do's, Don'ts and FYI's will address this. Please make sure you read over that very carefully as you have to sign in agreement before you proceed in registering. After that, if you have specific questions, please feel free to ask.
